Sir Hector Langevin, secr\u00e9taire d\u2019\u00c9tat pour les provinces, d\u00e9clare au Parlement : \u00ab Pour pouvoir \u00e9duquer les enfants correctement, nous devons les s\u00e9parer de leurs familles.
