La province consolide sa position comme deuxi\u00e8me plus grand producteur de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable au Canada, et troisi\u00e8me au monde, malgr\u00e9 des d\u00e9fis climatiques et \u00e9conomiques importants au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8df566f mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8df566f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En 2025, il s\u2019est produit 18,9 millions de gallons de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable au Canada, dont 1 160 000 gallons au Nouveau-Brunswick. Dans les deux cas, il s\u2019agit de la meilleure performance de l\u2019histoire de cette industrie.
