Les intervenants concern\u00e9s \u00e9taient invit\u00e9s \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances de mobilisation pour partager leurs points de vue et discuter d\u2019id\u00e9es sur les mesures qui pourraient \u00eatre prises. Une probl\u00e9matique survient cependant lors de situations exceptionnelles, comme une personne atteinte d\u2019une maladie grave qui l\u2019emp\u00eacherait de partir en mer pour une longue p\u00e9riode. \u00ab\u00a0Le minist\u00e8re accorde un d\u00e9lai de cinq ans, mais \u00e0 la sixi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, le p\u00eacheur risque de perdre son permis\u00a0\u00bb, avance-t-il.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-804f336 mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"804f336\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLa FRAPP dit reconnaitre l\u2019esprit de la loi, mais demande une certaine flexibilit\u00e9 dans certaines circonstances, comme la maladie ou bien \nle d\u00e9c\u00e8s soudain d\u2019un p\u00eacheur avec un enfant encore trop jeune pour \nprendre la rel\u00e8ve. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0b6ad93 mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0b6ad93\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Un permis de p\u00eache familial commercial<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74263c8 mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"74263c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tCes propos trouvent \u00e9cho aupr\u00e8s de Marcel H\u00e9bert de l\u2019Association des crabiers acadiens (ACA) qui, elle, pr\u00e9conise un permis de p\u00eache familial commercial. \u00ab\u00a0\u00c7a permettrait de transf\u00e9rer le permis \u00e0 ses enfants\u00a0\u00bb, explique-t-il.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fb24c1f mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fb24c1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSelon l\u2019ACA, un tel permis pourrait se transf\u00e9rer facilement \u00e0 un membre de la famille qui n\u2019aurait pas n\u00e9cessairement besoin d\u2019aller en mer. Mais, distinction importante, ce permis serait toujours rattach\u00e9 \u00e0 un individu et non pas une entreprise. \u00ab\u00a0Tous les bienfaits et les retomb\u00e9es de la ressource resteraient dans la r\u00e9gion\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute-t-il.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a6cda2c mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a6cda2c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Protection du p\u00eacheur propri\u00e9taire<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-762436e mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"762436e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDe son c\u00f4t\u00e9, l\u2019Union des p\u00eacheurs des Maritimes (UPM) d\u00e9sire mettre l\u2019accent sur la protection du p\u00eacheur propri\u00e9taire. \u00ab\u00a0L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment qui nous int\u00e9resse est la protection du p\u00eacheur propri\u00e9taire qui a son permis, qui est \u00e0 bord du bateau et qui p\u00eache son permis\u00a0\u00bb, affirme Martin Mallet. \u00ab\u00a0Nous ne voulons pas voir ce qui arrive ailleurs avec quelqu\u2019un qui ach\u00e8te l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la ressource et qui la fait p\u00eacher par d\u2019autres. \u00c7a va vraiment \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de la vision du p\u00eacheur c\u00f4tier de l\u2019Est du Canada.\u00a0\u00bb\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6310f9a mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6310f9a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIl rappelle que le principe du p\u00eacheur propri\u00e9taire est maintenant prot\u00e9g\u00e9 par le R\u00e8glement sur les p\u00eaches et que l\u2019UPM d\u00e9sire conserver cette protection dans la loi.
