Ce programme s\u2019adresse principalement aux organismes sans but lucratif, aux promoteurs immobiliers, ainsi qu\u2019aux citoyennes et citoyens qui souhaitent construire ou r\u00e9nover des logements. M. Doumbia pr\u00e9cise que les incitatifs financiers varient selon les types de projets, comme les logements abordables et au prix du march\u00e9, les logements collectifs ou modulaires, ceux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des personnes vuln\u00e9rables, en plus des ajouts ou r\u00e9novations de logements dans des r\u00e9sidences existantes, ainsi que des logements accessoires pour augmenter la densit\u00e9 r\u00e9sidentielle.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d9ea614 mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d9ea614\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>\u00ab Cette politique permet d\u2019offrir des incitatifs financiers \u00e0 tout entrepreneur ou prometteur pour r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts de construction et aussi r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts des loyers pour nos citoyens \u00bb, avance-t-il.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-afca7b7 mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"afca7b7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPar ricochet, de tels projets \nde construction immobili\u00e8re augmenteront l\u2019assiette fiscale de \nla municipalit\u00e9 et contribueront \u00e9ventuellement au renouv\u00e8lement des infrastructures. \u00ab La mise \u00e0 niveau de nos infrastructures est \u00e9galement une priorit\u00e9 pour le conseil pour s\u2019assurer que nous continuer d\u2019offrir les services aux citoyens de la municipalit\u00e9.
