La plupart du temps, c\u2019est au niveau de la politique municipale qu\u2019on va pouvoir r\u00e9gler bien des dossiers pour faire avancer sa communaut\u00e9\u202f\u00bb, assure le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association francophone des municipalit\u00e9s du Nouveau-Brunswick et maire de Shippagan, Kassim Doumbia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-74263c8 mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"74263c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Souvent, une personne a justement des id\u00e9es et un d\u00e9sir de faire une diff\u00e9rence pour le d\u00e9veloppement de sa communaut\u00e9 dans son ensemble. \u00ab\u202fLa meilleure porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e pour cela est la politique municipale. On se retrouve au c\u0153ur de l\u2019action communautaire et au c\u0153ur de l\u2019action de la population. Chacun et chacune des personnes \u00e9lues tente de donner de son meilleur pour trouver des solutions aux diff\u00e9rents enjeux\u202f\u00bb, ajoute-t-il.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5eae976 mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5eae976\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Selon lui, les membres d\u2019un conseil municipal doivent faire preuve d\u2019engagement et \u00eatre disponibles pour les r\u00e9unions et les rencontres. Ils doivent faire preuve de rigueur, d\u2019\u00e9coute, de capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse et autres pour bien remplir leur r\u00f4le. \u00ab\u202fOui, \u00e7a demande du temps pour les r\u00e9unions, mais je vous dirais que l\u2019on s\u2019assure de satisfaire les besoins de chacun et de chacune, puisque les personnes ont des obligations\u202f\u00bb, note-t-il.
