Les personnes nouvellement \u00e9lues doivent donc \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9es pour bien comprendre leur r\u00f4le et leurs responsabilit\u00e9s. M.\u202fArsenault mentionne que l\u2019AAMNB a re\u00e7u du financement pour offrir \u00e0 ses membres des services et des outils pour les aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer ces situations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7775700 mobile_pera elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7775700\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La r\u00e9forme de la gouvernance locale a \u00e9galement repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un enjeu de taille pour les administrations municipales avec de nombreux changements et adaptations \u00e0 implanter.
